Douglas Berry
Douglas Berry brings 46+ years of industry, technology and SAP transformation experience to the NuvatriX.AI Board. He advises the company on various SAP implementations, enterprise architecture, SAP Data & Analytics, artificial intelligence, technology strategy and global growth.

He previously served as Senior Managing Partner and CTO at Tata Consultancy Services, where he guided technology strategy and major transformation programmes for Fortune 500 companies across North America, Asia-Pacific and Europe.
His earlier leadership experience includes Deloitte Consulting, BearingPoint, Technology Solutions Company and Gemini Consulting, supported by engineering roles with Digital Equipment Corporation and Monsanto Company.
Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He has also completed executive education in technology leadership at Wharton and advanced management at Harvard Business School.
His experience helps NuvatriX.AI design practical enterprise solutions, improve architecture and delivery governance, and build SAP, cloud, analytics and AI services for large organisations.

Someshwar Miyyapuram
Someshwar Miyyapuram brings 30+ years of pharmaceutical industry and Quality Assurance experience, built through his long career with Matrix Pharma, to the NuvatriX.AI Board. He advises the company on GMP Compliance, regulatory readiness, quality systems and pharmaceutical industry needs.

He works as a freelance pharmaceutical consultant and as a third-party Senior Vendor Auditor for a UK-based pharmaceutical consultancy. His work covers GMP compliance, regulatory consulting, inspection preparation, CAPA, supplier qualification and manufacturing-site audits.
He spent his pharmaceutical career with Matrix Pharma (formerly Mylan, USA) and predecessor organisations, progressing from Analyst to Head - Quality Assurance. His experience covers USFDA, EU GMP, WHO-GMP, ANVISA and PMDA requirements, along with SAP S/4HANA Quality Management, TrackWise, Veeva, LIMS and electronic document management.
Someshwar holds a Master of Science (Technology) in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from BITS Pilani.
His experience helps NuvatriX.AI understand pharmaceutical processes, quality controls, data integrity and validation requirements. This guidance supports practical analytics, governed AI and digital quality solutions for pharmaceutical customers.
